With J.J. Abrams producing, Overlord is set to be a totally unique genre-defying film that is sure to shock and blow your mind. The film takes place on the evening before D-Day in 1944, and follows American paratroopers who have a crucial mission to carry out. They discover that supernatural forces have overtaken this Nazi-occupied village, resulting in next-level horror that you won’t believe until you see it.
We chatted with the cast, including Wyatt Russell, Jovan Adepo, Mathilde Ollivier, and Pilou Asbaek, about their experiences filming this R-rated gorefest. Watch the interview and see Overlord in Cineplex theatres on November 9th.
See Overlord with a brave soul.
The mash-up of war and horror/sci-fi makes Overlord a truly terrifying experience. You’ll want to see the film with someone who can stomach everything on screen and hold your hand when you can’t.
